1. Nobody knows the area like a local

This is especially important if you own lake property or recreational property. I have used almost all the area lakes recreationally and also ATV all of the time. For example, I first tried water skiing on Lipsett Lake when I was 6. It was unsuccessful but I know that lake! I used to live on Trego Lake and have fished, swam, and tubed almost all the lakes in the area (and spent most of my childhood hanging out at the Shell Lake beach). I know about almost all of the local lakes, boating ordinances, quality, fishing, etc. This is a huge advantage because I know marketing strategies based on the knowledge I have gained in my 37 years’ experience in the area.

2. I’m connected

It is crucial to know the local lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and contractors. My relationships I’ve built with people in the industry will help streamline any hiccups that may arise. We all hope for a smooth transaction, but let’s face it – things happen! I know the people to call to help the process go as easy as possible. Also, I’m a great resource if you need a plumber, electrician, roofer, etc. after the sale. (And I know who to stay away from…)

3. I have the inside scoop

From local shopping to where you can enjoy an ice cream cone, I can point the way. Who has the best steak in town? When/where are the local Farmer’s Markets? Where can I go for a great breakfast? Where’s the library? Local events? I have answers to any questions that somebody new to the area might ask.

4. I’m invested

Living in a community is one thing but being part of it is much better. I’ve spent countless hours volunteering. I’ve helped at my son’s school, the food pantry, local events, Spooner Civic Center, and many more. Plus, we are a billet family for a Lumberjack hockey player every year. I love the area and love the people here. It’s a great community and I am 100% invested, which is why it’s so easy for me to promote the area and draw new people to it.

5. Last but certainly not least, I KNOW this market

I have my finger on the pulse of everything real estate in this area. Whether it be lake property, rental property or single-family residences, I know the market. I understand home values, fluctuation in price trends, rental income potential and any money related questions that you may have.

So, all of that being said – let me be your resource for anything real estate!!
